Rotherham Diversity Forum (RDF)

RDF needed to appoint a Project Manager and a Liaison Officer for their new project, the Rotherham Multi-Agency Approach to Racial Incidents (RMAARI).  They retained VAR’s HR Service because they didn’t have the time, resources or expertise to deal with this in-house.  VAR took on all areas of the recruitment process from writing a recruitment advert to maximise response, drafting job descriptions and person specifications, through to designing an interview structure and candidate assessment model.
